How long does the order take to ship?

At the moment, all pieces are made to order with precise tailoring and care in the UAE and takes 2-3 weeks to deliver world wide.

What's the abaya fabric?

All details including the abaya fabric and weight are written in the description of each item.

What do you mean by 'Fabric Weight'?

To give you with an authentic shopping experience, we precisely measure and indicate the weight of the abaya's fabric in the description of each item, which refers to how heavy or light a fabric is, usually measured in grams per square meter (GSM).

Does the abaya include a headscarf?

Yes. All abayas come with a headscarf in a suitable color.

Can I customize the abaya size and add buttons?

You can customize the size and button option on most of our abayas from the website. You will see the customization option in the item page. If it is not available, then we don't provide customization on the item.

Do you have a refund/exchange policy?

Because our pieces are made to order, we do not have a return policy. We offer exchange on damaged items and size flaws only. Please refer to our Exchange/Alteration page for more information.
