Shipping policy

We ship worldwide from United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Our items are made-to-order and take up to 4 weeks to deliver. Customized orders may take longer.
For international orders: We only collect shipping charges at checkout, and we do not collect Customs Duty and Import Taxes. Depending on your country, you may incur separate fees for import taxes and/or duties once the products have been shipped to your country. Please familiarize yourself with the tax and duty regulations in your country.
If our shipping & delivery partner attempts to send your order and you fail to answer the phone or update your shipping information via WhatsApp, then your order will be returned to us and another shipping charge will be applied to send it to you again at a later time. Please make sure to insert your correct phone number and reply to your WhatsApp messages/phone.
If you fail to accept delivery within 60 days of the shipping date, AMNA LABEL will consider the order abandoned and have the right to sell, dispose of, or use any such orders in any way it chooses and the deposit or full payment paid by the customer will not be subject to refund.
