Refund policy

We hope that you love your purchase from us, but if you are not satisfied, we're happy to exchange non-customized items for store credit only. However, due to the nature of our made-to-order business, we do not issue refunds. We hope you understand.

 

EXCHANGE FOR STORE CREDIT POLICY

  1. We only accept exchanges on standard sizes.
  2. We do not accept exchanges on customized items, altered items (e.g., shortened, added buttons, closed slit), items on sale or discontinued items.
  3. Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of the delivery date. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
  4. Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused in any way (with no stains from makeup, lotions, perfume, etc.), and sent back in the original packaging with the tag. Worn items will not be accepted.
  5. Your exchange request will be accepted only after we have received and inspected the items. You will receive an email notifying you when store credits have been added to your account. Shipping fees are not credited.
  6. If a return is not accepted, the original item will be sent back to the customer. The customer is responsible for any/all return shipping fees.
  7. You can request an exchange for each product only once.
  8. For size/item exchanges, re-purchase the preferred item using your store credits after the return has been accepted.
  9. Store credits expire after 1 year of issuance.

CUSTOMIZED ITEMS

  1. We do not offer exchanges on customized or altered items.
  2. Some items may feel longer or shorter due to the fabric drape/ cut. This is not considered a size flaw.
  3. Our customized items undergo a three-step size check before shipping. If the customer still believes the size is incorrect, they must accurately measure the item with a measuring tape before contacting us for a free exchange.
  4. If the item size is indeed not what the customer ordered, we'll exchange it for free and handle all associated costs. However, if the item size is correct, we'll send it back to the customer. The customer will be responsible for the shipping fee for both pickup and drop-off.
